Can someone please recommend a tool to remove a tiny headless nail from a wall?

I have got a tiny headless nail pushed too far in to a wall, with only a very tiny bit of it showing, and I can't get a decent enough grip on it using a pair of tweezers, in order to pull it out of the wall. I don't want to push it all the way in to get rid of it, but instead, just to pull it out a fraction, as it's there to give a tiny bit of support to a frameless mirror that has been recently glued to a wall.
Thanks a lot for any suggestions, I really appreciate it.

Hi ukdiy123,
A pair of long nose mini mole grips should do the trick.
