Hanging heavy items to Portacabin internal wall

I want to add a little gym section to my home office which is in a portacabin in my garden.
I was thinking of adding this cable machine which needs to be attached from the top to a wall to keep it secure.

The inside of the walls of the portakabin are thin metal sheets, so not strong enough for this purpose.
I don't think they were will be a huge amount of horizontal force, but better safe than sorry.
So any sugesstions on how to go about this?
My current thought process is to drill all the way to the outside and put a bolt on the outside wall.
