Does your planning permission page need to be updated?

I have checked your planning permission page and it says for a shed, outhouse etc that there is a limitation of 10 cubic metres.
However, on the government website it does not have this restriction listed.
Google "planningportal.gov.uk/england/genpub/en/1115315233153.html"
Has your page been updated since October 2008 when the regs were relaxed?

Hi Richard,
We haven't updated the page because there are still many regs that apply for sheds, outhouses etc and we do not want people to read about relaxed PP laws and jusrt carry on without checking anything. Regs change almost monthly and it is so important that the reader checks with their own council, in their area to be absolutely sure that anything they plan to build is not going to break any regs.
We will update the page with a full set of the new regs once we are certain of them all. At the moment some of them are still a little sketchy.
Restrictions apply generally such as
Planning Permission
Rules governing outbuildings apply to sheds, greenhouses and garages as well as other ancillary garden buildings such as swimming pools, ponds, sauna cabins, kennels, enclosures (including tennis courts) and many other kinds of structure for a purpose incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse.
Other rules relate to the installation of a satellite dish, the erection of a new dwelling or the erection or provision of fuel storage tanks.
Under new regulations that came into effect on 1 October 2008 outbuildings are considered to be permitted development, not needing planning permission, subject to the following limits and conditions:
No outbuilding on land forward of a wall forming the principal elevation.
Outbuildings and garages to be single storey with maximum eaves height of 2.5 metres and maximum overall height of four metres with a dual pitched roof or three metres for any other roof.
Maximum height 2.5 metres within two metres of a boundary.

Thanks - it was mainly the cubic metres issue. It says 10 cubic metres on this site whereas it does not list a limitation on the government website and my outbuilding is going to be approximately 30 cubic metres.
