we have recently had our top floor/attic converted into three rooms. the floor was not really an attic as it was a total open space with windows that we in each end put in by original builders, but did not have stairs.

I have now been told that we should have put building regs in place and am now worried as what to do next. Help please

when you said converted, was any structual work done or did any need to be done?
