I am moving my front door of a flat. See the picture of where it is going to go. The door is a fire door and will open into the hall. When the door swings in would open block the passage. The hall is about 1050mm Will this comply with building regulations?

Providing the door swing is within the flat an not over a common area then this will comply. You should also ensure that the door meets any required fire resistance i.e. FD30S if within a multi storey common area.
