I am demolishing my attached garage and replacing with utility room with WC. I have bldg regs drawing approved. Instead of WC I would like to put in 3 piece bathroom. Do I need to resubmit bldg reg diagrams for approval before building work commences. Are window sizes/position fixed as well? Or can they be altered from the original plans as long as they are in the same wall and similar style?

If you gained PP as well as BR for the conversion then you may well have to get the PP revised. If you only got BR then you could make the changes by getting agreement from the building inspector.
