rebuilding an outside toilet

Hello!
I had an outside toilet and coalhouse which was built onto the back of my property which i hat to take down before it fell down. I would like to rebuild it. my question is, can I rebuild it on the already existing footing's or do I have to lay new one's

To be considered are
What will the redevelopment be used for and are the footing up to the new use and current standards. Best to give local building controls a call, you may need planning permission too, depending on what you intend to build!
