Wiring in Dwarf Walls

Hello, I've posted my situation on this in the electrical section - this is more of a general post.

What is the recommended wiring, and routing to use in a conversvatory to install electrical sockets in the dwarf walls, as I'm sure there must be either a recommended way of doing this - or a common way that it is always done

Thanks in advance

Its no different to anywhere else in the house Dave. The cables must be placed in a suitable conduit and run to the sockets.

I'm getting a new conservatory and have been told that I can run by the electrician that he can run the cables horizontally along the cavity in the wall. I'm not completely convinced, does anyone know what the regulations are on this?

Electric vent opener thermostat

Hi,
I wonder if a normal wall-mounted thermostat would be suitable for controlling an electric roof vent motor. Do common wall mounted central heating thermostats have double pole change-over contacts, or would I need something more specialised?

Thanks,

Mike
