Conservatorie Leek

I need to repair a leaking conservatorie roof,i have wooden beams inside and outside that hold the polycarbonate sheets in place,it seems that every 12 to 18 months i have to keep repairing leeks. Can anyone give me advice on the best way to acheive stopping leaks,or is there any product on the market such as upvc i can replace the existing beems with.Iwould be greatfull for any advice or solution to this problem. :x
