Don't really want to go to the extent of replacing the whole roof as asbestos sheets are intact and undamaged. However when its cold and wet roof suffers badly from condensation on the inside.
Tried Search facility but could see nothing.
I've tried bitumen paint on the screws/rubber grommets but the real problem is the sheets not the holes! Anybody any suggestions? Would a coat of bitumen all over the outside surface help?

It's condensation and you won't stop it forming in cold weather.

When warm wet air meets your cold car, green house, garage, whatever, the water vapour in the air turns from an invisible gas into condensation, dew, frost.
The only ways to stop the water vapour entering your garage is to seal all the openings.
You need to fill all the gaps, cracks, holes with foam or other fillers.

where is the condensation coming from? if its created from inside the garage, ie your breath whilst working in there, then ventilation is required.

however if its just the air, then try sealing it to prevent more water vapour entering.

Use sprayfoam on the inside of the roof that will solve all your problems
you can buy do it yourself kits.
