UPVC Materials for new UPVC Porch Question

I have recently had a quote from a well known national UPVC Windows installer for a new porch. I was told by the salesman that they use superior "new" UPVC materials to other installers, who use "recycled UPVC". According to him, the recycled stuff goes yellow after a few years. Is this just sales patter?
