Old Conservatory and Rain Coming in Around Concrete Base

hi I have just moved into a property with an old upvc conservatory. I have sealed the frame and roof as it has some leaks and that has sorted that issue. next problem to sort has been rain coming in around the edges of the concrete base. the dpm is visable and the concrete base isn't in the best condition. we have filled in any gaps on bricks under the conservatory and painted the bricks with waterseal but rain still getting in around edges of base.can anyone advice me on what to do next, funds are limited but id love to keep the conservatory as new home is tiny. here is a photo of how edging of floor is with dpm showing. thanks
