Weeds and moss around ceiling panes of conservatory

Hi,
I've got some weeds and moss growing around the seals of the ceiling panes of our conservatory, on the outside. My plan is to spray some vinegar at the area, which should kill it all, but is it possible the vinegar will damage the seals? Is there a better solution?
