Conservatory door dropped and catching - how to raise it with these hinges please? Pics

I have a conservatory door which has either dropped - or the plate at the bottom of the door has - and I am trying to raise it so it will close without fouling on the metal trim on the ground.
I have tried taking these bolts off and lifting the door but cannot budge it one mm.

Any ideas please?
