EnSuite in an old Victorian house

Hi,
Am looking to stick an Ensuite into an old Victorian house in the master bedroom. How much roughly would we be looking at? Would it be possible even? We're aiming for a shower, toilet and basin. Which we're told we'll need about 2.5m x 1m spare space!
The house has a bathroom on the ground floor at the back of the house. The master bedroom is at the front of the house. It's semi-detatched so can run the drainage out the outside. My only worry is running hot and cold water pipes through the house.
We have enough space. Am just interested in rough costs. We're in north London if that helps.
