Hi all,
Had some issues in window recess with bits of the plaster/brickwork becoming loose and falling off.
the window was fitted in 2006ish long before I moved in, but the conservatory was done by the same company and we've had problems so not sure if it is down to a poor fitting?
The window does have some serious trouble closing properly once fully opened.
Any ideas on how this should be fixed and what sort of tradesman I should contact?

Contact a local window fitting company, its an easy fix.
