Sanding and Painting a Cot - How Should This be Done and What Paint to use?

by helzaba » Fri Jul 24, 2015 3:39 pm

I have no idea if I'm posting this in the right place but we have a little one on the way and our friends decided to give us their cot, obviously we're getting a new mattress but they said the cot was in immaculate condition when actually its got teeth marks and paint on it, we would just buy another one but we don't want to seem ungrateful so we are wanting to sand and paint it just to make it look a bit nicer but have no idea where to begin and what paint or anything can be used any advice is much appreciated xx

The best stuff for delicate work like this is a eco-friendly paint stripper made by Eco Solutions:

It is water based, yet is as powerful as the toxic strippers, so you can be sure that it will not harm your baby when you put in into the cot when the time comes.
