Hello I was after some advice, I live in a 1904 2 bedroom house. Originally 3 bedrooms as there would have been no bathroom. I was thinking of splitting the smaller of the bedrooms into a box room and a small bathroom. What would be your thoughts. This room is 3400mm by 2560. So it would be a small bathroom and box room. But would then make it a 2 bed house with a study.
Anyone done anything like this? Bathroom needs updating and seems wrong having a big bathroom ( for the size of house) when I could use the space elsewhere! Bathroom size currently is 3300 by 2200
