Leveling and Raising a Garage floor

Afternoon,
I am looking to level a garage floor from front to back whilst raising at the same time.
Levels go from 255mm to 160mm over 3.8m.
Original plan was to use 120mm kings pan and make the rest up with screed. However now due to time constraints I am looking to level the floor in the following manner;
Existing garage floor slab
DPM
4 inch timbers cut down essentially as firrings, in between battens filled with sharp sand
130mm TF70 kingspan
Vapor barrier
22mm weyrock flooring.
Only concern is the timbers/sand section ?
Thanks in advance
