Removing wall Between Kitchen and Dinning Room

I would like to remove the wall between the kitchen and the living room in the picture.
I am 99% sure that it is not load baring as it runs in the same direction as the wall and the wall between the hallway and living room bares all the weight of the joist as far as I can tell.
The only thing that gives me pause Is that the wall is right under a joist and there is a wall above which is built on the floorboards.
Any advise on this would be great.
