Adapting kitchen to fit fridge freezer? Please help!

Hi,

The kitchen in my property does not have space for a fridge freezer (it's currently in the living room!) Please see attached photos.

If anyone can advise on the following it would be greatly appreciated:
Is it possible to alter current kitchen to get a fridge freezer put in without having to completely rip out and re-fit a better designed kitchen?
Is it possible to get a fridge freezer to fit inside one of the existing cabinets or would this need to come out?
Is making such an alteration advisable or is difficult / more hassle than it's worth?
The most suitable space in my opinion would be the space to the right of the cooker as shown in photo 1,
are there rules about having a fridge / freezer next to cooker though?
Does anyone know any companies in the Edinburgh area who could do the work?

Thanks in advance!

Hi sybaman
You have 2 choices, either fit an integrated fridge freezer or a below counter one. Both will require modification of your existing kitchen cupboard but the latter will require complete removal. Leave a space between your oven and the fridge.
