Hi everyone,
I would like to repaint one of the bedroom walls but the paint is cracking above the window. I believe, the lintel is the problem as we can see cracks all around but not sure how to deal with it. Any idea ?

Hi Julien77,
Looks like you have concrete lintels and water is getting in under these, see if there is a seal along the top of the window. Until you stop water ingress the paint will continue to crack.
