I have been battling bluebells in my garden for years. Everytime I think I've got rid of them, back they come. Does anyone know how I can finally eradicate them??
Thanks

The common bluebell is a protected species.
You have probably been committing a criminal offence.
I'd leave them alone.

:D How lucky you are. Bluebells are a beatiful sight and a blessing in our gardens. Please leave them alone.

Ooops!
Thanks Rosebery. In my defense, I don't think these bluebells are 'common' ;-)
However, why anyone would want to protect something that seems virtually indestructible is beyond me! They really are a nightmare in a small garden and because of their waxy leaves, they don't respond to weedkiller.
Ah well, anyone else know how to eradicate the little blighters?
Thanks

Tsk, Tsk. The blubell police are en route as I type! LoL.
Cheers
PS They don't like being trampled on nor do they like having "wet feet". Do you get a lot of rain in your particular garden?
