BIRD BATH EMERGENCY

Hi all - some advice please as I have a very unhappy missus at present !
We have a bird bath in the garden which was my wifes, late great grandmothers and is of great sentimental value
I'ts just been broken by a football landing on it and I really need to fix it
It's approx 250mm diameter and 20mm thick, made of cast cement / concrete, sits on a small pedistal base and has broken with a clean break into 2 pieces
Would it be possible to join the 2 pieces together leaving it watertight and if so with what ?
Any help with this would be great and would put a smile on the wifes face, ta very much
