New Deck Area at Bottom of Garden - Looking for Advice Please

Hi all,
We are trying to create a nice deck area at the bottom of our garden to enjoy the evenings.
The dimensions are as follows:
4.8M length , Deckboards are 27mm x 145mm
3.6M wide, Front to Back
Boards running left to right, 4.8M length.
The garden has a slight slope from front to back, no more than 3" or 4" thats with a 3.6m length on the front edge straight on the ground and the 3" at the rear by the rear fence.
Its pretty level from left to right, I had thought it was more of a slope from front to back so I originally thought about 47mm x 150mm however can I get away with 47mm x 100mm instead?
What I am wondering is whats the best way of supporting the joists? Do I need posts or can I use slabs etc?
Thanks in advance.
Mark
