Flooring in Existing Wooden Summer House

Hi all
I have a wooden summer house currently sat on a cracked concrete base (suspect cause is nearby oak tree). No water is gettin in but i want to improve the look and make the house warmer. What do i need to install and in what order to have a better floor?
Would dpm and then foam tiles do?
Or am i better to install frame, insulation, ply and in what order?
If i wanted to install laminate flooring what would i need beneath this?
Advice please.........
Thanks
