Cutting ICF forms

by Jintynut » Sun Oct 23, 2022 4:32 pm

I have to cut accurately in half Nudura ICF forms along their lengths, the straight lengths are OK they come without their insert webs unassembled, however the corners are assembled permanently. I have a semihobbiest table saw 10" which would help, a wood hand or circular saw would tear the polystyrene and gag on the insert webs. Several posts on the internet suggest using metal abrasive saws they would melt or abrade their way through, does anybody supply such a blade that you might find for small chop saws preferably with a 1" arbour or larger.
