Neglected to mention also some frost damage to a few bricks on the upper courses which have been repaired.

How exposed is the wall?
Is the bedroom used, is it heated 24/7?
Is the room warm or cold?
Is it near the bathroom?
Do you have an extractor fan in the bathroom, do you use it?
Do you leave the doors open?
