I am having a wall built, 4 bricks and a coping stone (total 13" high) and 9.4 Metres long to support a raised garden bed. Where and how many expansion joints should be made in the wall? Urgent! Thank you.

redeyenewby,
Put a couple of dog legs in it and you will be OK.

I can't put a dog leg in it. The location is parallel to a slope and fence. It has to be straight. Do I need an expansion joint(s)? Thank you for replying.

At this length and height no expansion is required.

No expert, but think I would be insisting on drainage holes near the bottom of the wall, if you haven't already.
