Hi all, new to the site so please bear with me . I stay in an end terrace and I have a cupboard in 1st floor bedroom that I would like to remove. it is single coarse brick as far as I can tell and both room walls are external. the brickwork is sitting on the floor boards seperated by a strip of wood, there is no wall underneath in the living room. the joists in the loft run at 90 degrees to the small brick wall which comes out 21" from front wall. Could this be a supporting wall? any advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Paul

its very unlikely that its load bearing, although its always worth just chop ping out a small section of ceiling nxt to the offending wall to double check, or get up in the roofspace to have a look if you have access.
