Hammerite on brickwork

by LES EATON » Thu Oct 15, 2009 2:37 pm

I want to paint a couple of rows of bricks at the base of the outside walls of my house. Several people have suggested I use Hammerite, but the tin states that it is for metal only. Would I be OK using it on brickwork, or is there a better alternative.

LES EATON,
No most paints are not micro-porous especially hammerite.

Cheers
