Hi, I am building a long border wall in an existing channel about 1 and half feet below ground, overall 2 half feet high. It will be back filled both sides. Can I place foundation breeze blocks upright to save on bricks on top?

you could, but its more difficult and your using the same amount of blocks, why not lay the blocks on the flat for the first row, then the next row normally that will equate to 13 inches just below ground level
