Arch Moved After Composite Door Fitted

So had a new composite door fitted yesterday and when they took the original 1930s frame out and put the new on in I noticed the arch above the opening had dropped slightly - fitter said it was no problem and has since filled the crack with cement but should I be concerned?
The attached photo shows where they have filled - the mortar on the other side of the arch also now has a hairline cracking running through it and the plaster on the inside has cracked. I have checked the bedroom above that sits directly above and there is no cracks in the wall there.
What should I do is this safe?
