Crack Below New Window and Advice Needed

Hi,

First time on the forum.

Anyone got professional advice regarding the staggered crack below the window shown in the image please?

Superficial or needing serious work?

most cracks are superficial, This looks like a settlement, I would repoint the crack, does not look a major problem

Hi,

It's not a new window. The building is 18 years old.
