Fill gaps in old Exterior Walls Around Door Frames

We recently bought an old house which has 2 outhouses. There are several large gaps between the outhouses door frames and the stone wall around it. Fairly new to fixing brick work so looking for some advise on how to do this. Would probably need to use a lime based mortar mix?
