Building a DIY Brick BBQ

I am looking to build a DIY brick BBQ, I don't want to use mortar and people have told me I can just stack the bricks and it will be strong enough. I am worried by this though. I was thinking of using Gorilla Glue Gorilla Grab Adhesive to give the structure a little more sturdiness. Would this is be suitable? It says it works with bricks and YouTube seems to think it would be ok. It would take seconds and save mess to..
