Any experience with Allan Blocks?

Looking to build a 500mm retaining wall with steps with Allan Blocks. Wall will have both convex and concave curves, plus external corners and one internal corner. System looks like it will suit our needs, but I've not been able to find much in the way of reviews / experiences from people who have used the blocks. Anyone used them and can offer any thoughts or advice? Are they are pain to cut / trim? Will be planning the wall to minimise all cuts! Thanks.
