Extepark IPE Decking Lay on Concrete - Is This Possible?

Hi,
I (probably stupidly) had a superb IPE deck built in my front garden. Someone contacted the council, council doesn't like it and am expecting I need to remove it. The decking currently sits 10cm high on a wooden frame above concrete and a weed membrane.
If the decking does have to be removed, is it at all possible to lay the timber onto the concrete? It is Extepark IPE decking so extremely hard and I would greatly like to be able to use the wood instead of it being a lost investment.
Tks for your help!
