Mini lathe advice needed - any opinions welcome

I am looking for a small secondhand metal work hobby lathe with no electronic features. Needs to be a table top model with electric motor. I prefer one with pulley belt to change speed. No screwcutting required. Anticipated use at present is only to turn plastic spacers 2 inch x 2 inch maximum width plus boring work. No heavy or large cuts will be needed. Models so far could be the Emco Unimat, the Super Adept, the Taig Micro Lathe II and the Proxon.
If you have any advice on the good the bad and the ugly or where to look for secondhand in Devon please do let me know. I`ve had to give up plumbing after 30 years because of illness and am getting a bit bored at home!
