Advice on hex bits for torque wrench

Hi,
I am a total DIY amateur, but need to buy a torque wrench for my bike as well as compatible hex bits. I just want to make sure I am not making a mistake here before I buy - apologies for my ignorance.
So with a 1/4 inch torque wrench, such as:

Do I need a 1/4 drive to hex bit socket adapter such as this?
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Draper-85125-H ... ZSZD63PD29
And finally hex bits?
https://www.amazon.co.uk/CODIRATO-Magne ... 176&sr=1-5
Cheers
