Confused!
Building Regs told me to fit 180x75x20PFC plates.
Building is 1890's stone and cobble walls 710mm wide load bearing wall sits in middle and is 700mm wide. No issues with walls or foundations.
Originally I was told 2 plates bolted to king post now i am told 1 to be fitted. dimensions are outside wall to load bearing wall 4m. Originally I was getting 2 x 4.5 plates but am confused why i now need 1 x 9m. any advice greatly appreciated
