Existing Extension Design/Layout Help Needed

Hi!
Welcome to the pain of my life!
My house has an extension consisting of a converted garage as well as extension leading from the kitchen.
The garage is currently a dining room, the extension currently a dumping ground! Photos below

These rooms are a big waste at the minute so i'm keen to hear of any ideas whatsoever!
