Advice on the right blinds for privacy and allowing natural light in

Hi there,
Was wondering if people had opinions on the best type of blinds/window covering solutions for our problems.
Our problems are -
- Main road and ugly industrial building to the front of the house (kitchen and 2 bedrooms inc master facing)
- Quite overlooked to the back also with small garden and car park to the rear, also want to block view of neighbours who are in view to the right (lounge and 2 bedrooms)
We want to still allow as much natural light in as possible whilst having privacy, and in some ways, blocking undesirable views to an extent.
I've thought about these options-
-Sheer/voile blinds
-Double roller blinds (a sheer with a blackout)
- Venetian wooden blinds (do they still allow for letting light in and for privacy?)
-Shutters
Any advice appreciated!
