Idea of space usage for generous flat
Posted: Wed Aug 30, 2023 1:38 pm
Hey Everyone
We are a young family of 4 with 2 active boys.
We are moving into a new generous flat, with an elevator running through the living room :)
The good thing is the kids can run in circles, the bad thing, i have no idea what to do with the area.
It is not an issue regarding space. But i am running out of ideas how to fill it :D and just a good looking "shelve" spot its to much work to keep it tidy :D
so I wanted to know if you have an idea, how we can use the "liveable" area of a living room stretch to the Red area?
Some sidenotes
- no, we do not own a TV
- they kids are sharing a bedroom and have a dedicated "play/toyroom" for now - so no need for a "play space".
- Every window on top and on the left leads to the garden (glass door).
i thought about a "bar" area ... but I really see the reason of drinking alone in a corner :D and I can very easily pool a glass in the bug kitchen :D.
My Hobbies:
- Snowboarding (stored in the basement)
- Mountainbiking (stored in the basement)
- Tech & Gaming (Homeoffice on the bottom)
- Sport (have a gym next door - so no need for "fitness gadgets").
It a real luxury problem, but I really wanted to ask you about your opinion.
Thank you so much!
