Kitchen-Diner Layout Suggestions

Hi All
I was wondering if anyone could help with a suggested layout for the lounge half of my lounge-diner.
I'd like the space to work for a family of up to four to be able to eat as well as to watch tv. The far wall of the lounge opens up onto a balcony and the right hand half of the balcony door (when viewed from the inside) is fixed. The left half slides open left to right.
Any ideas welcome!
