Hi All,

Recenlty got the flashing and some repointing done around my chimney on the roof. im no pro but the workmanship does not look very good to me. Can someone with a trained eye please tell me what they can see here.

Flashing looks ok and it appears that soakers are fitted underneath the flashing. Repointing of the ridge looks like a butter spread job on top of the existing mortar - you’ll know if it is because within a few years the butter will start breaking off and sliding down the roof.
