Whats the right tool for cutting paving slabs?

by Ben03 » Mon Jan 02, 2023 9:32 pm

Hi, new to this hence the question! I have seen how you can score a paving slab, then knock it over a stone to get a straightish split. I am hoping to buy a power tool second hand to get the job done. My dad has a bosch pks 18 li, although looking at this is only seems to market for woodwork. Would you be able to buy a blade that would score concrete paving slabs, or do I need to go for a different tool. And if so, which type? Thanks in advance

Hi ben03,
Suggest you buy a 125mm angle grinder with diamond blade - scoring and tidying wandering cuts solved. Mains ones are cheap enough.
