22mm hot, 15mm cold--is this usual?

by wing-on » Tue Mar 06, 2007 9:01 am

My bathroom has a 22mm hot water supply from the combi running to the bath and shower, and a 15mm cold water supply. Is this usual? Shouldn't both be 22mm?

22mm hot

This is normal, before combi's were in use we got our hot water from a cylinder. The hot to the bath was always in 22mm to help with the flow from the cylinder. If for some reason you wanted to change it to 15mm it won't be a problem.
