hello there i've noticed recently that when i put the hot water on the radiators are starting to get warm without the central heating being switch on.i suspect it's a problem with the 3 way valve can anybody confirm this or come up with another explanation please,many thanks Nigel.

Probably the actuator or 3 port valve at fault.
