Accidentally Cutting into Thermalite Breezeblocks All manner of questions and solutions to problems and issues surrounding the subject of brickwork, blockwork and stonework

Hi,

I was cutting out some sections of plaster board as part of a diy project, but seem to have inadvertently cut into the breez-blocks behind (see attached pics). The cuts are not very deep, maybe 5mm at the most. I was just wondering if this was a problem?
